The JoJo Entertainment Co. Ltd has made every effort to word these terms and conditions in plain English, with clarification of various clauses where necessary. If you do not understand any part of these terms, please call us for clarification or seek legal advice before agreeing to them. Any purchase made from The JoJo Entertainment Co. Ltd, WHETHER CONFIRMED VERBALLY, ELECTRONICALLY OR IN WRITING, will be subject to a legally binding Contract carrying the following non-negotiable Terms & Conditions:
The customer contract (hereafter referred to as “Contract”) is negotiated by The JoJo Entertainment Co. Ltd (hereafter referred to as “JoJoFun”), who are providing party supplies via the website https://www.jojofunshop.co.uk, and the Client (hereafter referred to as “The Client”), who purchases the product(s) supplied at https://www.jojofunshop.co.uk (either via this website, telephone, in person, or other means).
2. Client data
i. Sharing of Essential Data
The Client gives JoJoFun permission to share The Client’s data with service providers necessary to fulfill The Contract, such as (but not limited to) the postal service.
ii. E-mail Communications
The Client understands that by entering their email address on any pages published on the website https://www.jojofunshop.co.uk (such as, but not limited to, the checkout or contact pages), they give full permission to JoJoFun to contact The Client via The Client’s e-mail address at a later date. Examples of reasons for such contact include (but are not limited to) to send correspondence related to The Client’s order, to send promotional materials to the client, to request feedback regarding JoJoFun’s service from The Client.
iii. Although JoJoFun shares The Client’s data with service providers in order that they use it solely for the fulfilment of the Contract, JoJoFun is not responsible for how service providers use such data.
3. Confirming the purchase
All purchases take effect immediately upon receipt of payment made by The Client to JoJoFun. Hereafter items purchased (hereafter referred to as “Item” or “Items”) by The Client from JoJoFun will be shipped via a postal service to The Client, unless The Client has requested local pickup.
Items are delivered within 3 to 5 business days of dispatch. If The Client does not receive the Items within the expected time, then they are advised to contact JoJoFun to find out the status of the order.
5. Changes to Items
In the event that The Client requests an Item that is out of stock, JoJoFun will replace the Item with one of similar (no less) value and style.
6. Right to refusal of services
JoJoFun reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
7. Policy on abuse
Should JoJoFun or service providers, at any time, experience abuse in any manner from The Client or any individual associated with The Client, contract terms will immediately be terminated without hesitation. JoJoFun reserve the right to cancel all contract terms and conditions under ‘any and all’ abuse.
8. Payment of fees
Fees can be paid by: BACS (preferred) or credit/debit card.
Payment for Items is made by The Client to JoJoFun upon submitting the order on the website https://www.jojofunshop.co.uk, or via telephone, or other means. This process excludes payment made via BACS, which is sent to JoJoFun by The Client after the Client has requested the items on the website https://www.jojofunshop.co.uk, via telephone, or other means.
9. Responsibility for incorrect information in the receipt/invoice
i. If The Client’s contact information (such as, but not limited to, name and address) is incorrect in any way, then it is The Client’s responsibility to inform JoJoFun of any/all changes.
ii. JoJoFun is not responsible for Items that were sent to the wrong recipient due to incorrect contact information provided by The Client. In this event, no refund will be made to The Client from JoJoFun for these Items.
10. Contract to buy
The contract to buy (to purchase requested Items) is complete upon completion of the checkout process on the website https://www.jojofunshop.co.uk, or upon placing an order by telephone, email or other means.
11. Force majeure
In cases of ‘Force Majeure’ (which shall be known as war, fire, death, illness or other capacity certified by a properly qualified medical practitioner, epidemic, accident, civil commotion, national calamity, order of Government or Local Authority having jurisdiction in the matter, changes in law, foreign government policy, act of God), which are not attributable to any act or failure to take preventive action by JoJoFun or The Client, then JoJoFun or The Client may cancel the Contract and any/all purchases without penalty other than loss of payment already made.
